WGAE Signs VH1’s ‘Best Week Ever’ To Guild Contract

The Writers Guild of America, East signed VH1’s “Best Week Ever with Paul F. Thompkins”  to a Guild contract, covering the show under the MBA.  We welcome the show’s writers to the WGAE.

Strike Commemoration

Where were you one year ago today? For TV and film Writers Guild members, we were on the picket lines. The hard-fought 100-day strike, which ended in February 2008, resulted in the new MBA contract containing new media provisions and an amazing solidarity among our members coast to coast.
